dc.description.abstractLa identificación y selección de talentos en el Fútbol infantil constituye un fenómeno dinámico, complejo y multifactorial que ha evolucionado desde modelos sustentados en la subjetividad del entrenador hacia enfoques fundamentados en evidencia científica y tecnologías de precisión. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar las tendencias contemporáneas, las tecnologías emergentes y los instrumentos utilizados en los procesos de identificación y selección del talento en Fútbol infantil, mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica especializada. Metodológicamente, el estudio se desarrolló bajo los lineamientos PRISMA y PRISMA-S, realizando búsquedas estructuradas en bases de datos indexadas de alto impacto como Scopus, Web of Science y PubMed. Los criterios de inclusión consideraron investigaciones publicadas principalmente en los últimos cinco años, aunque se consideraron publicaciones de años anteriores para darle soporte a la evolución y avances, relacionadas con Fútbol formativo, identificación de talentos, tecnologías aplicadas y modelos multidimensionales de evaluación. Los hallazgos evidencian una transición paradigmática desde enfoques reduccionistas, centrados en capacidades físicas, hacia modelos multidimensionales, que integran variables fisiológicas, técnico tácticas, psicológicas y sociológicas. Asimismo, se identificó una creciente incorporación de tecnologías como sistemas GPS, sensores IMU, análisis automatizado de video e Inteligencia Artificial, orientadas a objetivar el rendimiento y reducir la subjetividad del observador. Paralelamente, emergen estrategias metodológicas innovadoras como el bio-banding y la reasignación mediante Edad de Desarrollo Estimada (ED), diseñadas para disminuir los sesgos asociados al Efecto Relativo de la Edad (RAE) y a la maduración biológica temprana. Se concluye que los procesos de selección de talentos, deben orientarse hacia modelos longitudinales, contextualizados y sustentados en evidencia científica, favoreciendo una evaluación integral, actualizada y equitativa del potencial deportivo infantil.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishTalent identification and selection in youth football constitutes a dynamic, complex, and multifactorial phenomenon that has evolved from models based on coach subjectivity toward approaches grounded in scientific evidence and precision technologies. The objective of this research was to analyze contemporary trends, emerging technologies, and the instruments used in talent identification and selection processes in youth football through a systematic review of specialized scientific literature. Methodologically, the study was conducted following the PRISMA and PRISMA-S guidelines, carrying out structured searches in high-impact indexed databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed. The inclusion criteria considered research published primarily within the last five years—although publications from earlier years were included to provide background on the evolution and advancements of the field—related to youth football, talent identification, applied technologies, and multidimensional evaluation models. The findings demonstrate a paradigm shift from reductionist approaches focused on physical capacities toward multidimensional models that integrate physiological, technical-tactical, psychological, and sociological variables. Likewise, a growing incorporation of technologies was identified, such as GPS systems, IMU sensors, automated video analysis, and Artificial Intelligence, aimed at objectifying performance and reducing observer subjectivity. Concurrently, innovative methodological strategies are emerging, such as bio-banding and reallocation based on Estimated Developmental Age (EDA), designed to mitigate the biases associated with the Relative Age Effect (RAE) and early biological maturation. It is concluded that talent selection processes must be oriented toward longitudinal, contextualized models supported by scientific evidence, fostering a comprehensive, modern, and equitable evaluation of youth athletic potential.eng
