    The proposal for the Teacher Training and Development Plan (PFDP) of the Universidad Pedagóigica Nacional is built from the review of the institutional developments generated in recent years, the experiences documented in some similar higher education institutions, the consultation carried out to University professors in 2020 and the balance of the situation of professors today. In its structuring, the institutional normative references were taken into account, as well as the reading made of the requirements formulated within the framework of the institutional and program self-assessment processes.

    the main trends regarding the admission processes at the University in the last eight years (2014-2021) and the selectivity and absorption stats are established for undergraduate and graduate programs in this same period, in contrast to the data from admission into the country's university programs, taking as reference the information provided by both the UPN—Subidrección de Admisiones (SAD)—and the Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior (SNIES). The analyzes consider both general institutional trends and admission by faculty and program.

    The Colloquium Evaluation by Learning Results: pedagogical conception and academic autonomy, celebrated the 3rd of may of 2022, formed part of the contribution to the Sistema Universitario Estatal (SUE) in the analysis of the multiple effects of the implementation of the Decreto 1330 de 2019 of the Ministerio de Educación Nacional. The debate was liderated by the academic vicerectories of the Universidad de Antioquia, Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, Universidad Pedagógica Nacional and the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia.
