| dc.description.abstract | La enseñanza de las ciencias naturales en educación secundaria demanda materiales didácticos que promuevan la participación activa de los estudiantes y favorezcan el acercamiento a prácticas propias de la investigación escolar. En este contexto, el presente trabajo de grado tiene como propósito diseñar una cartilla interactiva basada en el modelo didáctico de las 7E, orientada al fortalecimiento de habilidades investigativas en estudiantes de grado décimo de la Institución Educativa Distrital 21 Ángeles, tomando el compostaje como contexto de aprendizaje en ciencias naturales. La propuesta se desarrolla desde un enfoque cualitativo de carácter aplicado, centrado en la construcción de un material didáctico derivado de la revisión de referentes académicos, la observación del contexto de práctica pedagógica y la organización de actividades orientadas a la indagación científica. La cartilla se estructura a partir de las fases enganchar, elicitar, explorar, explicar, elaborar, evaluar y extender, e integra actividades como juego de rol, formulación de preguntas, entrevistas familiares, cartografía social, espacios de explicación, actividades experimentales y discusiones colectivas alrededor del compostaje y el manejo de residuos orgánicos. Como producto académico, la cartilla busca orientar experiencias de aprendizaje que permitan a los estudiantes observar su entorno, formular preguntas, proponer explicaciones, interpretar información y argumentar ideas relacionadas con problemáticas ambientales cercanas al contexto escolar. El alcance del trabajo se centra en la fundamentación y diseño del material didáctico, por lo que no pretende presentar una medición concluyente del impacto de la propuesta, sino aportar un recurso pedagógico coherente con la enseñanza de las ciencias por indagación, el modelo de las 7E y la educación ambiental escolar. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Natural science education at the secondary level requires teaching materials that promote students’ active participation and support their engagement with school-based research practices. In this context, this undergraduate thesis aims to design an interactive booklet based on the 7E instructional model, oriented toward strengthening research skills in tenth-grade students at Institución Educativa Distrital 21 Ángeles, using composting as a learning context in natural science education. The proposal follows a qualitative applied approach focused on the development of a teaching material derived from the review of academic literature, observation of the pedagogical practice context, and organization of inquiry-oriented activities. The booklet is structured according to the phases engage, elicit, explore, explain, elaborate, evaluate, and extend. It integrates activities such as role-playing, question formulation, family interviews, social mapping, explanatory sessions, experimental activities, and collective discussions related to composting and organic waste management. As an academic product, the booklet seeks to guide learning experiences that allow students to observe their environment, formulate questions, propose explanations, interpret information, and argue ideas related to environmental issues close to the school context. The scope of this study is focused on the theoretical foundation and design of the teaching material; therefore, it does not aim to present a conclusive measurement of the proposal’s impact, but rather to provide a pedagogical resource aligned with inquiry-based science education, the 7E instructional model, and school environmental education. | eng |
