This qualitative research is carried out as part of the requirements for obtaining a Master's degree in teaching foreign Languages at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. The study aimed to explore how artists teaching English as a foreign language (AEFLTs), give sense of their professional identities through their narratives. Given the complex nature of this phenomenon, a hermeneutic-narrative approach was used. This study was conducted with four artists, who currently work as EFL teachers in bilingual programs across different educational contexts in Bogotá, Colombia.eng
