| dc.description.abstract | El objeto del presente estado del arte es analizar las investigaciones académicas, especialmente en el Sur global, sobre el papel de la educación y/o la formación en ciudadanía en el diseño y/o implementación de políticas públicas sobre consumo sostenible entre el 2015 y 2023, para contrastarlo con el papel que se otorga a la educación y/o a la formación ciudadana en el diseño de políticas públicas sobre consumo sostenible en Colombia. Para cumplir con este objetivo, se realiza un análisis documental contrastado, a partir de una revisión sistemática de artículos académicos en revistas indexadas internacionales y un análisis de prácticas discursivas sobre educación, formación de ciudadanía (cultura ciudadana) y consumo sostenible en más de veinte instrumentos de política pública nacionales de Colombia publicados en el periodo 2015-2023, periodo que abarca casi una década desde la adopción de la agenda 2030 sobre Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The aim of this state of the art is to analyze academic research, especially in the Global South, on the role of education for sustainable development and citizenship in the design of public policy on sustainable consumption between 2015 and 2023, in order to contrast it with the role given to education for sustainable development and/or citizenship education in the design of public policies on sustainable consumption in Colombia. To achieve this objective, a contrasting documentary analysis is carried out, based on a systematic review of academic articles in international indexed journals and an analysis of discursive practices on education, citizenship (citizen culture) education and sustainable consumption in more than twenty national public policy instruments in Colombia published in the period 2015-2023, a period that covers almost a decade since the adoption of the 2030 agenda on Sustainable Development Goals. | spa |
