dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es el resultado de un estudio comparativo entre profesores no licenciados y licenciados que enseñan inglés en diversas instituciones de Bogotá. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar el proceso de construcción de la identidad tanto de los profesores no licenciados como de los licenciados, a partir de su experiencia docente. Este estudio de naturaleza cualitativa se centra en el análisis de narrativas, utilizando como herramientas principales la entrevista en profundidad y las narraciones escritas. Se busca analizar cómo estas experiencias contribuyen a su proceso de construcción de identidad, comprender las diferencias y similitudes en dicho proceso, e identificar cómo interactúan sus experiencias, contextos y factores individuales para configurar su identidad.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document is the result of a comparative study between non-licensed and licensed teachers who teach English in various institutions in Bogotá. The main objective of this research is to analyze the process of identity construction of both non-licensed and licensed teachers, based on their teaching experience. This qualitative study focuses on the analysis of narratives, using in-depth interviews and written narratives as the main tools. It aims to analyze how these experiences contribute to their identity construction process, understand the differences and similarities in their process, and identify how their experiences, contexts, and individual factors interact to shape their identity.eng
