| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado propone un recorrido histórico y conceptual del término "entropía", desde su formulación clásica en la termodinámica hasta su reinterpretación como medida de incertidumbre en contextos como la teoría de Shannon y la evaporación de agujeros negros. Se abordan los aportes fundamentales de Clausius, Boltzmann y Planck, para luego explorar el tránsito hacia concepciones probabilísticas e informacionales de la entropía, considerando su papel en la física contemporánea. El enfoque se apoya en una metodología histórico-correlacional que permite rastrear cómo la variación del significado de entropía pasa de descripciones energéticas a descripciones basadas en incertidumbre y pérdida de información. El estudio culmina con un análisis del fenómeno de evaporación de agujeros negros, entendido como proceso de pérdida de información en el horizonte de eventos, lo que permite articular la entropía de Bekenstein-Hawking con la entropía de Shannon. Finalmente, se propone una secuencia didáctica orientada a la enseñanza de la entropía en la educación superior, integrando herramientas históricas, conceptuales y computacionales. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This undergraduate thesis presents a historical and conceptual exploration of the term "entropy," tracing its development from classical thermodynamics to its reinterpretation as an uncertainty quantity in contexts such as Shannon's theory and black hole evaporation. The work examines key contributions from Clausius, Boltzmann, and Planck, followed by an analysis of the transition toward probabilistic and informational conceptions of entropy, particularly in contemporary physics. A historical-correlational methodology is employed to highlight how the meaning of entropy varies from energy-based descriptions to those involving uncertainty and information loss. The study culminates in an analysis of black hole evaporation as a process involving the loss of information at the event horizon, linking Bekenstein-Hawking entropy with Shannon entropy. Lastly, the thesis proposes a didactic sequence designed for higher education that integrates historical, conceptual, and computational tools for teaching entropy. This pedagogical proposal aims to foster a critical understanding of entropy and to provide teaching resources for addressing the concept in classroom settings, especially where thermodynamics, quantum theory, and information theory converge. | eng |
