Abstract

Social representations surrounding teen pregnancy and adolescence have made it possible to configure a knowledge from which to analyze new perspectives that the education and research sector, as well as some social groups, are concerned about. Therefore, this book is a necessary and introductory tool to understand teen pregnancy in schools as a phenomenon and object of study that, for the first time, takes into account the relationships with educational institutions, bibliographic search and theoretical-analytical elaborations as a set of methodological tools capable of addressing and broadening the discussion.Las representaciones sociales en torno al embarazo adolescente y a la adolescencia han permitido configurar un conocimiento a partir del cual se analizan nuevas perspectivas que preocupan al sector educativo, investigativo y a algunos grupos sociales. Por esto, este libro es una herramienta necesaria e introductoria para entender el embarazo adolescente en el escenario escolar como fenómeno y objeto de estudio que por primera vez tiene en cuenta las relaciones con instituciones educativas, el rastreo bibliográfico y las elaboraciones teórico-analíticas como un conjunto de instrumentos metodológicos capaces de abordar y ampliar la discusión.
