| dc.description.abstract | El presente escrito plantea una reflexión en torno a la situación de la educación ambiental en el contexto colombiano, se hace desde una visión socialmente crítica, analizando cuestiones como algunos lineamientos ministeriales concernientes a la educación ambiental en los niveles de educación básica y media, en lo referente a lo que se considera el perfil de un educador ambiental. Se abordarán algunas concepciones frecuentes de los estudiantes y docentes frente a la educación ambiental en lo que respecta a qué es, cuál es su importancia y cuál es la postura que se debe adoptar frente a esta. También se pretende considerar algunas de las prácticas desarrolladas en nuestros contextos educativos, como son ejemplos claros el manejo de residuos o las huertas escolares, entre otros, las cuales se han denominado ambientales, esto para considerar si realmente lo son. Por otra parte se hará hincapié en una corriente que ha permeado nuestra sociedad y por ende nuestro sistema educativo, la cual es el desarrollo sostenible, para analizar los planteamientos de la misma y las realidades en torno a estos. Por último se resaltará el papel del educador ambiental y las expectativas del futuro. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article presents a reflection on the situation of environmental education in the Colombian context, from a socially critical perspective, analyzing issues such as some ministerial guidelines concerning environmental education at the basic and secondary education levels, regarding what is considered the profile of an environmental educator. Some frequent conceptions of students and teachers will be addressed in relation to environmental education in what it is, what is its importance and what is the position that should be adopted in relation to it. It is also intended to consider some of the practices developed in our educational contexts, such as clear examples of waste management or school gardens, among others, which have been called environmental, to consider if they really are. On the other hand, emphasis will be placed on a current that has permeated our society and therefore our educational system, which is sustainable development, to analyze the approaches to it and the realities around them. Finally, the role of the environmental educator and the expectations towards the future will be highlighted. | eng |
