| spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This pedagogical and didactic innovation project aims to enhance early English as a Foreign Language (EFL) reading comprehension skills in young learners. The project proposes the "PicBook App," a technology-integrated tool that combines picture books with interactive features to promote engagement and learning. Specifically designed for Colombian public institutions' learners aged six to eight, the app offers leveled reading texts tailored to individual needs and skills. The project adopts a blended learning approach, blending traditional and digital pedagogies, while involving parents as facilitators in their children's learning process. This project offers an alternative perspective on the potential of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) as effective pedagogical instruments to enhance early EFL readers' comprehension abilities. | eng |
