Modern football requires goalkeepers to develop high levels of physical, technical, tactical, and cognitive abilities to effectively respond to dynamic game demands. However, traditional training methods focused on decontextualized technical repetition are still predominant in youth development, limiting the transfer of learning to real-game situations. In this context, the aim of this study was to analyze the impact of a training program based on modeling, grounded in Carlos Agudelo’s approach, on explosive strength and technical–tactical performance in youth female goalkeepers. A quantitative approach with a case study design was employed. The sample consisted of three goalkeepers aged 13 to 15 years, selected through purposive sampling. A pretest–posttest design was implemented, assessing explosive strength using the countermovement jump (CMJ) measured with the My Jump application, and technical–tactical performance using the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI), supported by a Likert-type rubric validated by experts. The intervention lasted 12 weeks and included structured training sessions based on explosive strength exercises, small-sided games, and real-game situations, following the principles of modeling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Shapiro–Wilk normality test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and effect size. Results showed significant improvements in all variables (p < 0.05), with increases of 16.46% in explosive strength, 52.08% in blocking, 57.14% in positioning, and 47.22% in decision-making, all with very large effect sizes. It is concluded that modeling-based training promotes the integral development of goalkeepers and enhances the transfer of learning to real-game contextseng
