Desde esta mirada, algunos estudios han llegado a proponer modelos de procesamiento para la escritura (Hayes y Flower, 1986; Bereiter y Scardamalia, 1987), otros han descrito las diferencias individuales implícitas en esta tarea, generalmente orientadas a explicar las conductas de expertos versus novatos.
