dc.description.abstractEsta investigación fortalece las habilidades investigativas (pensamiento crítico e interpretación) en auxiliares de enfermería mediante un Objeto Virtual de Aprendizaje (OVA) llamado SynCurm, en el contexto de la enfermedad de Parkinson. Se emplea un estudio de casos múltiples con enfoque mixto exploratorio-descriptivo (n=5). Se extrae y caracteriza curcumina de Curcuma longa con solventes eutécticos naturales (NADES), validando el extracto mediante marcha fitoquímica, IR, HPLC y docking molecular. Los resultados cuantitativos muestran una mejora en la muestra estudiada (p=0,042; media de entrada=29,6/40, media de salida=33,8/40). El análisis cualitativo con Atlas.ti confirma tendencias favorables, destacando el avance de una participante con más de cinco años de experiencia (+10 puntos). Como productos derivados se generan el OVA, un kit didáctico portátil, un cuestionario adaptado del PENCRISAL y un alimento funcional. El estudio concluye que el OVA SynCurm tiene un alto potencial didáctico para nivelar conocimientos en grupos heterogéneos y fortalecer el pensamiento crítico, sentando bases para futuras investigaciones.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study enhances the research skills (critical thinking and interpretation) of nursing assistants through a Virtual Learning Object (VLO) called SynCurm, in the context of Parkinson’s disease. A multiple-case study with a mixed exploratory-descriptive approach (n=5) is employed. Curcumin is extracted and characterized from Curcuma longa using natural eutectic solvents (NADES), and the extract is validated through phytochemical profiling, IR, HPLC, and molecular docking. The quantitative results show an improvement in the study sample (p=0.042; baseline mean=29.6/40, post-intervention mean=33.8/40). Qualitative analysis using Atlas.ti confirms favorable trends, highlighting the progress of one participant with more than five years of experience (+10 points). Derivative products include the OVA, a portable educational kit, a questionnaire adapted from PENCRISAL, and a functional food. The study concludes that the SynCurm OVA has high educational potential for leveling knowledge in heterogeneous groups and strengthening critical thinking, laying the groundwork for future research.eng
