De Pulgarcito a Pinocho : sobre infancia y escuela.

| dc.description.abstract | La infancia, como período durante el cual se adolece de atributos que van a ser aportados por la escuela, es un producto de la modernidad. Esta idea se ilustra en el artículo mediante la comparación de dos cuentos: Pulgarcito, en el siglo XVIl (aunque es una tradición anterior), muestra a un niño con potencialidad, que resuelve su conflicto con ingenio, enfrentándose, de igual a igual, con los adultos, en un contexto donde la escuela no se menciona. Por contraste, en Las aventuras de Pinocho, a finales del siglo XIX, el estatuto de muñeco se hace coincidir con la ingenuidad y la torpeza, y con juicios negativos (ocioso, mentiroso, grosero), endigables a quien no quiere estudiar; estado del que puede salirse -y ganar el estatuto de niño- sólo mediante la aceptación de una ausencia de iniciativa y la sujeción al dispositivo de la escuela. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The childhood, as a period in which to suffer from attributes that go to be provided by the school, is a modernity product. This idea is show in the article by means of the comparison of two stories: Pulgarcito, in the 17th century (although is an old tradition), show a children with potenciality, that solve his conflict with inventiveness, confronting from equal to equal whit the adults, in a context where the school is not mentioned. In contrast, in The Pinocho's adventures, at the end of the 19th century, the doll statute to be coincide with the ingenuousness and slowness, and with negative judgments (idle, lying, vulgar), saddled who don't like to study; condition from which can to leave -and to Win the doll Statute- Only by means of the approval to lack initiative and the subject to the school device. | eng |
