dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación-acción, con instrumentos de recolección y análisis de datos cualitativos, tuvo como objetivo establecer los posibles efectos del diseño e implementación de una estrategia pedagógica de creación de fanzines para desarrollar habilidades orales, principalmente pronunciación y adquisición de vocabulario a través de un proyecto de vida como tema de interés para los estudiantes, que les permite expresarse en un aula colombiana de secundaria de inglés como lengua extranjera con 21 participantes del CEDID Guillermo Cano Isaza. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron diversos, como encuestas, entrevistas, notas de campo, artefactos y grabaciones. Se obtuvieron diversos resultados a partir de la participación de los estudiantes; el desarrollo de su pronunciación y fluidez; así como la interacción a través del ILE. Principalmente, se observó un cambio actitudinal hacia el desarrollo de actividades orales, como el crecimiento del vocabulario, la pronunciación y la comunicación no verbal, lo que condujo al desarrollo de propósitos comunicativos y a la oportunidad de utilizar el ILE para construir conocimientos significativos que enriquezcan el proyecto de vida de los estudiantes y den cabida a su subjetividad en el aula.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present action research with qualitative data collection instruments and analysis aimed to establish the possible effects of designing and implementing a zine-making pedagogical strategy to develop speaking skills, mainly pronunciation and getting vocabulary through life-project as a topic of students’ interest that allows self-expression in a Colombian EFL high-school classroom with 21 participants of CEDID Guillermo Cano Isaza. The data collection instruments were several, for instance surveys, interviews, field notes, artifacts, and recordings. Several results were discovered from the students’ participation, the development of their pronunciation and fluency, as well as the interaction through the EFL. Mainly the change in their attitude for developing speaking activities as the growth on vocabulary, pronunciation and non-verbal performance leading to develop communicative purposes and having EFL as an opportunity to build meaningful knowledge for building students life project and giving a place to students’ subjectivity in the classroom.eng
