| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo es derivado de una investigación realizada con un grupo de maestros en ejercicio del municipio de Popayán (Cauca, Colombia). Se trata de una indagación realizada desde la documentación narrativa de experiencias pedagógicas. El trabajo está organizado en tres apartados, cada uno de ellos proveniente de enunciados de una maestra en ejercicio del departamento del Cauca, quien, durante un seminario de formación de maestros, expuso espontáneamente tres posibles estadios del proceso de comprensión del acto investigativo. Lo anterior originó diversas reflexiones en torno a las múltiples y adversas realidades de un grupo de docentes que, al igual que la mencionada maestra, encuentran dificultades para desarrollar un ejercicio investigativo en el campo de la docencia. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article is the result of an investigation carried out with a group of practising teachers from the municipality of Popayán (Cauca, Colombia). It is an inquiry made based on the narrative documentation of pedagogical experiences. The work is organized in three sections, each one of them resulting from the statements of a teacher in the department of Cauca, who, during a teacher training seminar, spontaneously presented three possible stages of the process of understanding the act of investigation. This led to several reflections on the multiple and adverse realities of a group of teachers who, like the aforementioned teacher, find it difficult to develop an investigative exercise in the field of teaching. | eng |
