| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación-acción se llevó a cabo con estudiantes de quinto grado del Liceo Femenino de Cundinamarca Mercedes Nariño. El estudio surgió de la necesidad de mejorar las habilidades productivas de los estudiantes en inglés, particularmente la escritura y la expresión oral, a través de experiencias de aprendizaje situadas, significativas y contextualizadas. El propósito del estudio fue describir el impacto de la creación de videos periodísticos cortos, enfocados en temas de autopercepción, para mejorar las habilidades productivas de los estudiantes dentro de un marco de alfabetización situada. El proyecto exploró cómo la creación de videos podría promover el uso contextualizado del lenguaje, la autoexpresión y la participación en el aula de inglés como lengua extranjera. | spa |

The study arose from the need to enhance students' productive English skills, particularly writing and oral expression, through situated, meaningful and contextualized learning experiences. The purpose of the study was to describe the impact of creating short journalistic videos, focused on self-perception, on improving students' productive skills within a situated literacy framework.
