| dc.description.abstract | Los contenidos de este boletín dan cuenta de lo enunciado. En primer lugar, se ubican los resultados de las moviliza-ciones en cifras, para lo cual se hace uso de tablas, gráficas e infografías que buscan garantizar su comprensión. Igualmente, se sitúa el apartado acontecimientos del movi-miento social en Colombia, periodo 2019, que agudiza la mirada empírica y analítica sobre las realidades y condiciones de las movilizaciones sociales por la educación. El segundo apartado, titulado “reflexio-nes”, contiene dos artículos: el primero, activa y actualiza los análisis realizados en el Boletín especial del Oacep, referido al paro 21N de 2019. El segundo, titulado: “Sofismas del cumplimiento del gobierno al movimiento estudiantil”, denuncia y hace visibles las argucias gubernamentales para dilatar el cumplimiento de pactos que esta-blece con los actores demandantes. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The contents of this newsletter give an account of what has been stated. In the first place, the results of the mobilizations are located in figures, for which tables, graphs and infographics are used to ensure their understanding. Likewise, there is a section on events of the social movement in Colombia, period 2019, which sharpens the empirical and analytical look at the realities and conditions of social mobilizations for education. The second section, entitled "reflections", contains two articles: the first, activates and updates the analyzes carried out in the Oacep special Bulletin, referring to the 21N strike of 2019. The second, entitled: "Sophistry of government compliance with student movement”, denounces and makes visible the government tricks to delay compliance with the pacts established with the plaintiffs.
