It presents an analysis of the teaching practice of a preschool teacher using the action research design with the Lesson Study methodology and taking planning, implementation, and evaluation as categories of analysis. Significant elements are extracted in practice through five reflection cycles analyzed with a team of pairs, such as using a monitoring system that supported findings and reflections that led to transformations. These transformations reconceptualized the constitutive actions of practice, not only from its theoretical base but also from its practical and educational execution and led to postulating the teaching model for all basic education due to the scope demonstrated in this.
