Ítem Alfabetización visual en el modelo educativo flexible ‘Aceleración del Aprendizaje’.(Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2020) Rojas Montero, John Alexander; Cárdenas Páez, Jesús AlfonsoLa presente tesis de doctorado se propuso comprender las dimensiones académica y emocional del modelo educativo flexible ‘Aceleración del Aprendizaje’ en el escenario de la alfabetización visual. Se realizó un estudio mixto con una muestra de 20 estudiantes de una institución educativa pública en el municipio de Soacha (Colombia). Durante cuatro meses los estudiantes distribuidos en dos grupos, interactuaron con dos ambientes b-learning de alfabetización visual, uno con historietas y otro con infografías. Se aplicaron instrumentos para determinar el nivel de comprensión lectora (literal/ver, inferencial/mirar, crítico/observar) y la sensibilización sobre la comprensión emocional (autoconcepto, ansiedad). Los resultados obtenidos por los estudiantes sugieren que la alfabetización visual influye positivamente en el abordaje de lo académico y lo emocional.Ítem Alfabetización visual Un escenario para la comprensión lectora y emocional en comunidades vulnerablesRojas Montero, John AlexanderThis book is the product of a formative experience with students and teachers of an educational institution located in the municipality of Soacha (Cundinamarca, Colombia); in this space, students from complex vulnerable contexts, which led them to drop out of the school system, and teachers in thorny conditions, which make it difficult for them to guide appropriate educational processes, met to enable a learning space mediated by ICT. In this investigative process, what this book proposes as visual literacy as a possibility for the understanding of words, images and emotions, for the knowledge of the world, interaction with others and expression, to go beyond a simple representation of things, to support the work of teachers before, during and after a training process, for the academic orientation of reading and emotional comprehension, and to help overcome difficulties that negatively affect the permanence, motivation and school performance, unfolded. The construction of cartoons and infographics developed in this book allowed for a different approach to the reading and emotional comprehension of students and teachers, essential elements in the return to school.
