Ítem ¿Comprometidos o distanciados? Un análisis de la investigación en educación.(Editorial Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2022-01-01) Londoño Pérez, PilarThis article corresponds to the result of research in which a set of projects on the educational field were analyzed in the light of Norbert Elias’ sociological theory of knowledge. In particular, the research exercise was developed from two terms that con-dense his theoretical proposal: commitment and distancing. As a result, characterization of such research is outlined, identifying its tendency towards commitment (posture based on emotions and experience) or distancing (posture based on rationality). Finally, this article closes with a reflection on the aspects with which it is necessary to be distanced or committed if the objective is to construct, through research, increasingly adequate and pertinent knowledge about education.
