However, it is from the second half of the twentieth century to the present, when the right to education is universalized, that it has taken greater boom and validity in Latin American education. The interest in this text is to locate a good part of its discussions and possible topics within the framework of the history of the present time mediated by a particular temporality, accompanied by digital technology and cultural globalization.
