Ítem El síndrome de Klinefelter y el trastorno de Gilles de la Tourette, estudio de caso.(Editorial Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2018-07-30) Gutiérrez Barbosa, David StickThis article describes the neuropsychological profile of the case study of an adult with Klinefelter syndrome, variant 48xxyy, 27 years old. The following tests were used for the neuropsychological evaluation: mini mental state examination (mmse), Wechsler intellectual scale for adults: Wais iii, California verbal learning test (cvlt), Rey Osterrieth complex figure test, trail making test (form A and B) divided and sustained attention; Boston test of denomination, tower of Hanoi, figural fluency test (ruff), inventory for client and agency planning (icap). The findings of its applications allowed to establish the condi-tions of sustained attention, phonological verbal fluency, denomination, processing speed, working memory and executive functions of the patient related to Klinefelter syndrome and the Gilles de la Tourette disorder; so the route followed is revealed as efficient and could be applied in similar cases.
