    this article is derived from the research titled “playful and recreational Activities to promote healthy habits and Lifestyles in Eighth Grade Students (8-3) at Mercedario Municipal Educational Institution in the City of San Juan de Pasto”, whose general objective was to promote healthy habits and lifestyles through playful and recreational activities in eighth-grade students (8-3) at Mercedario Municipal Educational Institution in the city of Pasto. This article focuses on the first specific objective: characterize the healthy habits and lifestyles of eighth-grade students (8-3) at Mercedario Municipal Educational Institution in the city of Pasto. To address this objective, the following methodology was used, a qualitative paradigm, a critical social approach, and an action research method. The most important result evidenced in the research is the ignorance about the subject presented by the students in front of the healthy habits and lifestyles hevs, Consequently, it is concluded that the –playful and recreational activities are a strategy of vital importance for the training of each student, making the teaching-learning process more dynamic and enjoyable.

    Este trabajo de grado trata de los elementos básicos de la música del eje andino centro oriente torbellino y rumba, implementados a procesos bandisticos nivel 1 y 2, que desarrolle en los niños su capacidad de expresión artística, creativa y afectiva, además de dar arraigo y vigencia a nuestros géneros. Como producto pedagógico general en este trabajo de grado se proponen 46 ejercicios con elementos musicales del torbellino, que vienen desde lo más elemental y progresivamente se sube el nivel de dificultad, concluyendo con una obra de aplicación nivel 1(torbellino), y de la misma manera 23 ejercicios con elementos musicales de la rumba a 2/4 que concluyen con una obra de aplicación nivel 2 (Rumba) A estos ejercicios se les ha diseñado algunas pautas pedagógicas, para su mejor implementación basadas en las metodologías orff y dalcroze.
