Ítem Hacia una poética de la monstruosidad. Hija de Perra: arte, resistencia y transformación.(Editorial Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2023-07-01) Opazo Marinkovic, María JoséThis article proposes a reflection of the monstrous in the character Hija de Perra, alter ego of the Chilian artist Víctor Hugo Wally Pérez Peñaloza, as an aesthetic strategy of subversion of the marginalized and dissidents facing repression, exclusion, and structural violence of Chilean society towards sexual minorities, indigenous people and women, and at the same time, as a poetic resource for the affirmation of hybridity and difference. Based on the studies of Kolnai, Kristeva and Moraña, the characteristic elements of the poetics of the monstrosity of Hija de Perra are analyzed, which allows us to think of the other and the nonworld as a possibility for the liberation of bodies and the transformation of the social order and norm(ality) of the world.
