Ítem Factores para determinar la identidad de la educadora infantil desde las experiencias educativas (estudio de caso).(Editorial Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2017-07-14) Vergara Arboleda, Maribel; Gutiérrez Pérez, Alice MarcelaThis article presents a reflection resulting from the research project «Professional and social identity of the Bonaventurean child educator», focused on establishing the identity of the child educator (EI), about how her role can be understood and developed from experiences in her Social profession. It starts from an analysis of the diverse identities of the child educator that takes into account the social and subjective factors that allow the IE to reaffirm itself autonomously to establish the representations that are given properly in a social area. On the other hand, the Franciscan project of the institution is taken into account as mediation in the development of this identity. The purpose of the article is to contribute to the understanding of the pedagogical actors within the classroom that allow the development not only of themselves but also of others, the identity of the child educator from their pedagogical practice.
