    This article arises in the framework of the proposal of the MAs Ethnic Located Pedagogical Accompaniment Model, which seeks to strengthen the pedagogical practices of community educational agents linked to the own initial and intercultural modality. From there the own Pedagogical Projects emerge with the intention of configuring collective learning environments, so hat it is possible to value the ancestral knowledge that is made visible through the worldviews, cosmograms, knowledge and practices of each town.In this way, both conceptual elaborations are shared about proposals and the own pedagogical projects as paths and voices of tutors and educational agents, where dreams, bets, reflections, flow and intersect intentionally. It is invited to make a reflection for building, problematizing, and deconstructing conceptions around pedagogical practices to claim the founding values that come from our ethnic, cultural, and natural diversity.
