Kant: la pedagogía y los peligros del narcisismo y el misticismo.
(Editorial Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2024-01-01) Montoya Duque, Juan Carlos
This reflective article presents an interpretation of Kant’s doctrine of the practical method (kpv) from a phenomenological perspective, specifically through the concept of intersubjectivity. It highlights three essential features of the practical method: first, its inherently pedagogical nature; second, its concrete historical constitution; and third, its fundamentally intersubjective character. This mode of interpretation allows us to understand the concepts of “empiricism” and “mysticism” of reason from a new perspective: as dangers that lurk within human relationships (in this case, pedagogical ones), which can easily degenerate into pseudo-intersubjective relationships, either narcissistic or mystifying in nature.

This book expresses the contemporary interest of philosophy in the world of life and the constitution of subjectivity, or region of spirituality, by celebrating one hundred years since the publication of Ideas I by E. Husserl. Its content consists of two parts. In the first part, professor Rosemary Rizo-Patrón conducts an introductory, comprehensive and thematic study in which she characterizes the main problems addressed by Husserl in Ideas I. The second part offers a broad debate about phenomenology issues resulting from Husserl's cited work, based on the ontological notion of region of spirituality or region of regions as a center of shared analysis, especially in the study of subjectivity and the world.
