Ítem Cavilaciones no kantianas en torno a Sobre pedagogía.(Editorial Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, 2024-01-01) Delgado Osuna, EmanuelThis reflective article aims not only to commemorate the Prussian philosopher Immanuel Kant and his work Über Pädagogik or On Pedagogy but also to engage in a critical examination of the pedagogical and educational contributions that have provided rational and enlightened bases for understanding both education and our discipline. This effort aligns with the core teaching of the philosopher within the significant historical movement known as the Enlightenment, encapsulated in the maxim Sapere aude or “dare to use one’s own reason.” Consequently, the first part of this paper offers a concise overview of the author and the discussed work’s impact on pedagogical theory, alongside two synoptic tables that outline the bifurcation of Kant’s pedagogical discourse, as well as the pivotal concepts dissected in the second part of the article. In this latter section, the discourse evolves into what are described as non-Kantian reflections concerning On Pedagogy, specifically designed to provoke a thoughtfulengagement with Kantian contributions to pedagogical and educational reasoning.
