Se parte de un análisis de las diversas identidades de la educadora infantil que tiene en cuenta los factores sociales y subjetivos que le permiten a la EI reafirmarse autónomamente para establecer las representaciones que se dan propiamente en un ámbito social. Por otro lado, se tiene en cuenta el proyecto franciscano de la institución como mediación en el desarrollo de dicha identidad. La finalidad del artículo es aportar a la comprensión de los actores pedagógicos, dentro del aula, que permiten desarrollar, no solo desde sí mismo, sino desde los otros, la identidad de la educadora infantil desde su práctica pedagógica.This article presents a reflection resulting from the research project «Professional and social identity of the Bonaventurean child educator», focused on establishing the identity of the child educator (EI), about how her role can be understood and developed from experiences in her Social profession. It starts from an analysis of the diverse identities of the child educator that takes into account the social and subjective factors that allow the IE to reaffirm itself autonomously to establish the representations that are given properly in a social area. On the other hand, the Franciscan project of the institution is taken into account as mediation in the development of this identity.
