El interés del presente texto es ubicar buena parte de sus discusiones y posibles temas en el marco de la historia del tiempo presente mediada por una particular temporalidad, acompañada de la tecnología digital y la globalización cultural.Comparative education since its origins in the nineteenth century has moved under the principle of transfer of educational experiences from one country to another. However, it is from the second half of the twentieth century to the present, when the right to education is universalized, that it has taken greater boom and validity in Latin American education.
